This form is required to be filled out annually for all registered Scouts and is collected at the beginning of each school year. For overnight camps, we require all adults and siblings in attendance to fill one out as well.

The Opportunity Fund was created to help those families in need of financial assistance. Please note that each application must be reviewed and approved by the Pilchuck District office and can help to cover up to 50% of the Mount Baker Council Activity fee and BSA National Dues. The one time join fee and Pack dues are not eligible to be covered by the Opportunity Fund. Participation in our annual fundraiser is required by all Scouting families using this program.
