Each summer, our Pack Committee, Den Leaders, and families are invited to come together for a discussion on the previous year's activities. We find out what did/didn't go well, what activities had the best attendance, and review feedback received from Scouts and their families, then put together a year of fun activities based on that feedback. These are Pack level activities, meaning all Scouts are able to attend and fall outside of Den/Pack meetings.
Similarly, Den Leaders will also plan their meetings and then come together as a group with the Cubmaster to discuss needs for support, ideas, meeting locations, and available supplies.
