Cub Scout Ranks - The first part of the Cub Scout recognition program is the Tiger Cub, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, and Arrow of Light ranks and the Arrow Points. This page by the US Scouting Service Project summarizes the Cub Scout ranks.

Tiger Cub Rank - As of June 1, 2001, there is now a Tiger Cub Rank. Here are the requirements for this new badge.

Tiger Cub Electives - In addition to the new Tiger Cub Rank, there are also Tiger Cub electives that allow the boys to earn Tiger Track Beads in addition to the Tiger Cub Badge. Completing ten electives will earn one Tiger Track Bead. Here are the requirements for the Tiger Cub electives.
